The prize giving event of the 2016/17 competition on the theme DISABILITY AND INTERACTION. THE BODY AS A MEANS OF EXPRESSION has taken place on 3 December, which the United Nations celebrate as International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The Urbino Local Authority has celebrated this Day with an event in the town hall, as shown in the first three photographs.
