The photo deals with being or not being Shakespearean, a delineation between the visible and the invisible that shows a young blind girl during the bath. His fear is to abandon herself as a form of water and sink silently into the darkness. Someone gives her a hand immersed in a reflection of light. I combined the initial idea, with pre-Raphaelite references, to the great ability of Nan Goldin to tell the contemporaneity.
